Every handmade resin lamp is inspected and packed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 days, with full tracking from the moment your piece leaves the atelier.
Is shipping really tracked?
Yes — every order ships with a tracking number, sent to your email automatically. You can also follow your order any time on our Track Your Order page.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Wherever you are, your handmade epoxy resin lamp travels with full tracking and protective packaging, from our atelier straight to your door.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Look out for free-shipping promotions on selected pieces and orders.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
For international orders, any customs charges or import duties are set by your local authorities and are the customer's responsibility. They aren't included in the product or shipping price.
The Product
Will my lamp look exactly like the photos?
Very close — but never identical, and that's deliberate. Each resin sculpture lamp is hand-poured and hand-finished, so tone, base grain and small details vary. Your lamp is one of one.
How is my resin lamp powered?
Most pieces run on low-energy LED via USB (cable included where noted). Selected larger pieces include a power adapter or mains cord — see each product's Details section.
Is the epoxy resin safe and durable?
Yes. Cured epoxy resin is stable, non-toxic and made to last decades — a lasting piece of functional art for your home. Keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight to preserve clarity.
Do these lamps work as a night light?

How do I clean my resin lamp?

How do I keep the resin clear over time?
Keep your piece away from prolonged direct sunlight and extreme heat to preserve the clarity and colour of the epoxy resin for years to come.
Returns & Support
What if it arrives damaged?
In the rare case your piece arrives damaged, photograph the item and its packaging and contact us within 24 hours. Send the piece back to us and we'll replace it — you simply cover the return shipping fee.
What's your return policy?
30 days, straightforward. If a piece isn't right for your space, we'll help you return or exchange it. Full details in our Return Policy.
